We organized 8 engaging activities to promote low-carbon, nutritious eating and a healthy lifestyle: • Sustainable Nutrition & Sports Nutrition Courses (2 sessions) Educating companies and food service staff on the importance of low-carbon, energy-boosting meals. • Mindful Eating Online Talk (1 session) Encouraging mindful consumption and appreciation of local food through an inspiring online session. • Classroom Nutrition Workshops (5 sessions) Focused on building strong immunity through balanced diets, especially important for students and families.
