114學年度急救訓練課程-基本救命術(BLS)認證急救訓練
【基本救命術(BLS)認證急救訓練】
一、時 間：114年11月15日(六) 08：30 ~ 17：30，共8小時。
二、地 點：和平校區II 綜合大樓，綜210展覽廳。
三、參加對象及名額：大一班代、社團代表、全校學生有興趣者(限學生)，共60人，報名額滿為止。

五、報名截止日：線上報名及繳費至114年11月11日17:30截止。
六、費 用：免費參加，並提供午餐，敬請自備餐具及水杯。
七、講 師：中華民國急救技能推廣協會講師及教練群(教學醫院專業醫療團隊)。
八、證 書：筆試及技術測驗通過者，發給「基本救命術」訓練合格證。

十、報名注意事項：
- 為避免浪費寶貴資源，線上報名後請至校本部或公館校區健康中心繳交保證金500元，始完成報名手續(繳費至114年11月11日截止)，全程參訓後當天結束即可退還保證金，如有特殊狀況無法出席可改由班上其他同學參加訓練課程，如無故缺席，保證金無法退還。
- 學員上課時可著褲裝及輕便衣著，以便技術操作。
- BLS場次只開放學生參加，BLS課程包含4小時CPR，參加此課程者不建議同年度再報名CPR+AED。

和平校區I : 健康中心大樓四樓(樂活診所四樓)，(12:00-13:30為午休時間)。
公館校區 : 理學院大樓B棟一樓，(12:00-13:30為午休時間) 。

*Participants who attend the entire course, pass the written exam, and successfully complete the skills assessment will be awarded a certificate of completion.
*Before participating in a BLS session, please carefully read the course brochure. After completing online registration, you must submit a deposit at the Health Center located at either the Main Campus or the Gongguan Campus to finalize your registration.
*BLS sessions are open to students only.
*The BLS course includes 4 hours of CPR training. Participants are not recommended to enroll in the CPR+AED course again within the same academic year.
