Workplace health and hygiene consulting services

Do you know that more and more workplaces and companies are investing in worker care, hoping that their employees will have a healthier lifestyle, increase their concentration, stimulate their creativity, enhance team cohesion, and improve work stress and burnout? Every year, a certain budget is allocated to reach every different industry through professional medical staff, using their professional knowledge of human health and disease, combined with the results of workplace risk identification, to integrate all information, clarify potential environmental occupational health hazards, and further assist business units and personnel to make improvements, practice a workplace culture of work-life balance, create a healthy and happy workplace, and allow all personnel to work with greater peace of mind, so that they can still maintain a good health state when they enter middle age and old age.

Improving the health care rate of our country's workers, implementing occupational injury and disease prevention, physical and mental health protection, health management and promotion, etc., this is the spirit and connotation of on-site service.

The body speaks - health warnings that should not be ignored or tolerated

March of every year is the busiest time for the Health Center and the Human Resources Office. We begin planning regular health checks for the current year's faculty and staff. Did you know that your body can speak? It is hinting at your health status. When red words appear on the health checkup report, the public's interpretation may be different from that of medical staff. The purpose of health check-ups is to "detect diseases early and treat them early" and to "prevention is better than cure". However, a health check-up is not a guarantee of health. Careful people will find that the various organs that make up our entire life are operating and changing every moment. Once a disease occurs, it will send us alarm signals through various symptoms. If we can grasp the signals of these disease occurrences early, we can manage ourselves, adjust our lifestyles, prevent or delay the occurrence of the disease early. Even if it occurs, we can diagnose and treat it early, reduce the threat of disease to life and ensure the health of life. The body speaks, and health warnings should not be ignored or tolerated. The Health Center has compiled some new health-related information for everyone. For a better life, let us use the money we have worked hard to save to realize our dreams and retire well.
