Abnormal workload triggers disease prevention

Pursuant to Article 6, Paragraph 2, Clause 2 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Article 324-2, Paragraph 2 of the Occupational Safety and Health Facility Rules, Article 10 of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act provides for the establishment of a prevention plan for diseases induced by abnormal workloads to ensure the physical and mental health of relevant workers and to achieve the purpose of worker overwork protection and stress management.
