When the National Taiwan Normal University was building its sustainable campus and the Ministry of Education's campus food registration platform, it was selected as a model school for food traceability. In the first year, more than 80% of the school's restaurants participated in food traceability registration. According to the 2019-2020 food traceability report, the completeness rate of food registration for all school restaurants ranged from 81.25% to 100% in October 2020, and more than 95% of the food can be traced. According to the source information of pork ingredients supplied by campus restaurants, more than 90% are from Taiwan.
