Each single-use item must be charged at no less than NT$1. Through a legal framework promoting both &#8220;vendor regulation&#8221; and the &#8220;user pays&#8221; principle, the government encourages the public to adopt the habit of bringing their own reusable tableware. By cultivating the concept of \u201cbring your own\u201d and \u201creuse\u201d in daily life, we can cherish our resources and reduce the use-once-and-dispose behavior, contributing collectively to
