As outlined in the \"National Taiwan Normal University New Student' Health Examination Implementation Guidelines, students who do not complete the health examination as mandated will be considered to have not finalized their registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2605New students who wish to take a leave of absence during the academic year should refrain from participating in the school\u2019s physical examination for that year. Instead, please complete the physical examination with the new students upon your return to school in September of the following year. (If you return to school in February 2027, please schedule an appointment for a physical examination and submit the report to the Health Center before your return.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2605\u2605<strong>\u2605\u2605 Important reminder:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b2<strong>\u25b21. In addition to the health examination they underwent when applying for a residence permit, overseas Chinese and foreign students are still required to complete the new student'  health examination, as the examination items for the two processes differ.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25b22.<strong>\u25b22. Labor general physical examination or military service physical examination report cannot be used as it does not comply with the items specified by the Ministry of Education.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2605Student dormitory access control system: Access is by student ID card. Residents who have not yet undergone physical examination and received student ID card must obtain a temporary card at the dormitory to enter and exit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">\u2605<strong>\u2605 New student'  health examination method (choose one of the two) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">Participate in<strong>the on-campus physical examination for new students,<\/strong>which takes place every year in August or September.<\/mark><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Please follow the \"New Student'  Health examination Schedule\" to schedule your visit to campus.<br>\uff0aBachelor's degree freshmen who receive their student IDs at the orientation camp but fail to participate in the on-campus group health check or fail to submit their off-campus medical examination report within one month of the start of the semester will have their student ID usage restricted. &nbsp; <br>\uff0aMaster and Doctoral students can go to the department office to collect their student ID card with the receipt of the on-campus new student'  physical examination (if the department has announced other schedules for collecting student ID cards, the department\u2019s announcement will prevail)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"><strong>Students who enroll early in the second semester, participate in the EMBA &amp; GF-EMBA, summer classes,<\/strong>or are returning students may go to an off-campus hospital for a physical examination.<\/mark><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1. For new students who are unable to attend the on-campus health checkup, please go to a qualified medical institution for a physical examination before the start of school (please download and print \"National Taiwan Normal University Student Health Examination Form\" and bring it to the hospital for a physical examination according to the prescribed items). Please allow time for the hospital's physical examination report, which is about 3 to 4 weeks). <br><br>2. Please provide a physical examination report within 3 months (e.g. if the school starts in<strong><u>February 2027,<\/u><\/strong>you need to submit a physical examination report<strong>after November 2026.)<\/strong>However, the content of the report must comply with all the items in the school's physical examination form.
