Spiritual Connotation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to Articles 30 and 31 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, in order to protect female workers who are pregnant or returning to the workplace after childbirth, protective measures should be taken for jobs that may pose a risk to maternal health. Preliminary risk identification should be carried out through the hazard factors that may be encountered in the workplace. For high-risk and potential risk cases, physicians will evaluate and adjust working conditions or work content to confirm that there is no risk to health and that it will not affect the physical and mental state of the mother and child in the future, so that female workers can achieve maternal health and employment equality.
In addition, by setting up mother-and-baby-friendly workplaces, including breastfeeding rooms and irregular health education campaigns, female workers can be strengthened in the workplace to achieve \"peace of mind at work and rest assured breastfeeding\", and jointly create a mother-and-baby-friendly working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
