I. The relevant provisions are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Target: New faculty and staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In accordance with Article 20 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Article 10 of the Labor Health Protection Rules .<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Obligations and Penalties: Employers shall conduct physical examinations when hiring workers, and workers are obliged to undergo the examinations set forth in the first paragraph . Anyone who violates Article 20 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act shall be fined not more than NT$3,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The following circumstances may exempt a general physical examination. According to Article 10 of the \" Labor Health Protection Rules \", a person who has any of the following circumstances may be exempted from the general physical examination in the preceding paragraph:\n(1) Non-continuous temporary or short-term employment, the duration of which is less than six months.\n(2) Physical or health examinations are required by other laws and regulations.\n(3) Other matters designated and announced by the central competent authority.\nThe inspection referred to in the first paragraph may be exempted if the worker's last inspection is within the period of regular inspection prescribed in Article 11 or Appendix 10 of Article 12 and the worker provides proof of such inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    II. Registration Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. \u65b0\u9032\u4eba\u54e1\u5831\u5230\u524d\uff0c\u9700\u81ea\u884c\u81f3\u52de\u52d5\u90e8\u6703\u5546\u885b\u751f\u798f\u5229\u90e8\u8a8d\u53ef\u4e4b\u52de\u5de5\u9ad4\u683c\u8207\u5065\u5eb7\u6aa2\u67e5\u91ab\u7642\u6a5f\u69cb\u9032\u884c\u4e00\u822c\u9ad4\u683c\u6aa2\u67e5(\u8acb\u81f3https:\/\/hrpts.osha.gov.tw\/Home\/CertifiedHospInfoSearch<\/a> \u67e5\u8a62)\uff0c\u4e26\u6301\u5b8c\u6210\u4e4b\u9ad4\u6aa2\u5831\u544a\u6b63\u672c\uff0c\u7e73\u4ea4\u81f3\u5065\u5eb7\u4e2d\u5fc3(\u5404\u91ab\u9662\u9ad4\u6aa2\u4f5c\u696d\u7686\u98087-14\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\uff0c\u656c\u8acb\u63d0\u65e9\u4f5c\u696d\u6642\u9593\uff0c \u4ee5\u514d\u5f71\u97ff\u7576\u65e5\u5831\u5230\u5b8c\u6210\u4e4b\u6b0a\u76ca)\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The inspection period of the report complies with Article 11 of the Rules, that is, once every five years for those under 40 years old, once every three years for those aged 40 to 65 years old, and once a year for those aged 65 years and above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If the employee wishes to keep the original medical report for future use, when submitting the photocopy, the employee and the employer (work unit) must jointly check and stamp the photocopy, noting \"Consistent with the original\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n
